Unable to find historical traceroutes for ICMP path jitter operation

I have just upgraded to IP SLA 3.5 and I'm running the ICMP path jitter operation and under the operation details there is a "historical traceroute" section, but I can't see any previous traceroutes from the past. Is this feature available or is it not? I can only see the most recent traceroute. I can see a history of latency to a particular node, but not the same kind of traceroute that this section shows. If anyone could help out it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The Historical Traceroutes resource (screenshot below) provides information on the routes that occurred during the existence of the operation. You can expand each one of the paths to see the hops and their details. The data are always only for the most recent occurrence of the trace route, the devices do not store older data.

The Historical Traceroutes resource shows all routes that have been found during existence of the IP SLA operation. If there was only one path found, only the one will be displayed. You can check whether the correct data is displayed directly on the device. If think the resource does not display correct data, please open a support case.

Ok, so it only shows the *path* that it took from source to destination and if packets took a different path, it would be listed here.

Is there a way we can show the RTT and the latency for the traceroute that happened last Friday? I've gotten some reports of bad voice quality on Friday at 2:00 PM and would like to see the traceroute over a particular hop at that time. Is there anything I can do?

Every path displayed on the Historical Traceroutes resource offers overview of hops that were taken. Each hop shows RTT of the hop. The route also shows the most recent occurence. So if the path was different at least once from the call issue on Friday, you will not see it. However, if it occured just once, you should see it in the resource. Click on the + button next to the trace route most recent occurence date to expand the resource and see the hops.

My goal with this operation was to find out which hop in the ICMP path jitter operation was the cause of latency at a particular time. It didn't seem very intuitive to find out how to find that information. Under the operation details, the RTT, latency, jitter, etc. were based upon the entire path. How do I, or can I get the RTT, latency, etc., to only one particular hop in the operation?
