I've recently installed IP SLA manager so are relatively new to it but I noticed this morning that 3 or 4 of my VOIP UDP Jitter operations the jitter went up to 18 and latency to 140ms but the MOS score stayed at 4.06, the jitter and latency have dropped back down to 'normal' and the MOS score has stayed at 4.06.
Surely the whole point of this operation is that with an increase in jitter and latency that the MOS score would drop so representing a degradation in call quality.
Is this correct or have I got it totally wrong?
Thanks
Jon
