UDT not showing connected devices

Instead of looking for the port in UDT, have you tried looking for the MAC Address instead?

In Device inventory in UDT yes, it appears to be only showing wireless devices which will be from our Meraki platform but not wired devices.

Then that means it is not getting information from the UDT module.  Check if you can go to UDT Monitored Nodes.

All switches are UDT Monitored nodes along with all interfaces

can you show me a screenshot similar to the link?  I do not see the UDT Monitor Filter from your screenshot.

Ok, that means it should get the information.  This will now fall under support to verify if data is coming in properly.  It would be helpful if you can run UDT compatibility checker for the device/Node.

That usually means you are using SNMPv3 for that node.  You will need to reconfigure the SNMPv3.

It has worked, I've applied the config across all our switches last night and can see wired clients! thank you very much for your assistance!

How long after config was applied did you start seeing the data? I am running into this EXACT same issue, have used the new commands to modify our SNMPv3 view on a test switch and just curious how long I need to wait.

Update: It took about 30 minutes for this to start working on my system. I was just being impatient since we have been trying to figure out why our UDT data was so incomplete from site to site. I never looked at what devices were snmpv2c or snmpv3 though until today. Glad this was a relatively easy fix - now just to send it out to all the switches.
