Why don't Borri UPS pick up any info from pollers?

I'm trying to add some Borri CS-141 UPSs into our monitoring but despite ticking the boxes for all the things I want like battery life nothing is showing on the node.

I know we had to add something for APC UPSs years ago, so I assume it's similar but I can't find what to add from googling.

Any ideas please?

As long as the device supports SNMP and you can get your hands on some documentation from the vendor on what OID maps to the values you are looking for then setting up a Universal Device Poller may be your best bet here. Monitor custom statistics based on OIDs with Universal Device Pollers in the NPM (solarwinds.com)

Cheers, I can't find anything off Borri currently so I was hoping someone might have done it before. I've got SNMP setup to them but it reports nothing back except uptime.

I'll try contacting them to see if they offer any help

Sounds like you may need to set up your own Custom Pollers.

Do a snmpwalk on it and then just go through the OIDs and see if anything resembles the values you are looking for.
