Good afternoon everyone and apologies if this isn't the right place to ask.
I've currently got Solarwinds Orion website working after an issue with the database (turns out the service was failing to start) but now I've run into another problem: We can't log in.
We're configured for Smart Card (CAC) logins and users are prompted for their credentials and their pin gets entered with no errors on the page. When logging in though, we're introduced to the Solarwinds Orion login page, asking for a username and password. Our organization doesn't use passwords (at least not ones the users configure) so punching in domain and user info as suggested by the login page is a no-go.
I've tried several "fixes" before and I've confirmed that the settings required for smart card login are all properly configured. Any ideas what might be going on? I can provide log information though I'd need the path to the log files laid out. I've got one location for logs but looking through them hasn't given me any helpful information as to why I'm getting kicked to a second login page.
Additional: Not sure if relevant, but the site does throw a cert error; DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID. This can be bypassed in Chrome but not other browsers. We were getting this long before the current login issues not. Not sure if it's relevant.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
