Whats the process for retaking an SCP so that it doesnt expire?

I've been having a rough time trying to get PSIonline to let me do anything. Do I need to start here?

Hi, there isn’t a procedure just yet, currently you have to let it expire then request to take the exam again via the below.

They are working on an procedure from what im aware.
