"Node is down" while its running and it sends data

Question

I have a Windows 2019 node that was set to maintenance on Friday, was restarted two times and since then its online.

Monday morning i see "Node is down". I check "manage agent" and see it's connected and running.

I also see data being polled from the node to it's node details.

I acked the alarm and cleared it. It came back.

I restarted the agent on the server and polled and rediscoverd, all works. Still the alert "Node is down" is active.

How can I reset this alarm and/or see why this alarm is triggered NOW?

Strangly the node was completely messed up. E.g.it showed me non-existing drives, but missd real drives.
I deleted the node and re-added it and no problems now.

What is the trigger condition for the alert which is being raised? If you list resources for the node, how is it's status and response time being calculated? Is it ICMP or agnet?
