How to monitor all processes ?

Question

I understand that we can monitor specific processes by going into Real-Time Process Explorer page and choose to monitor which processes I wanted.

However is there a way to have a general monitoring for all processes in Windows / Linux? I want to identify what is the processes which causes high resource utilization.

@Jason_TF, there's actually an out-of-the-box alert designed to go out and retrieve the top 10 processes when the alert triggers. Essentially the logic is that when CPU meets a defined threshold it will launch real-time process explorer and obtain the top 10 processes utilizing CPU, so instead of burning polling cycles on obtaining that data which oftentimes is only relevant when there is an issue, it will only do it when the alert is triggered.
