Google Cloud OAuth2 Connection Refresh token failed

Google Cloud OAuth2 Connection is successful on setup. When I click Test Connection I receive a message: Refresh token failed. Value cannot be null Parameter name: accessToken. I have tried several options but nothing is working. How do I use this?
