Storage Resource Monitor

Question

We are running SRM profiler module 5.1. We have 3 VM clusters visible under the virtualization group. 2 of the groups are reporting fine  with data and assets etc., my 3rd group shows no data for anything except under the component tab it shows what I would expect to be in there. I can run the diagnostics tool and it get logs etc. and it outputs the files. Has anyone seen this before?

I'm guessing your instance is out of support, otherwise I would recommend updating it to 6.1, see if that resolves the problem.

With the two clusters that are reporting, do you see all the information you should expect to see? The error you posted in your other thread indicates and issue within the module, a pretty serious one potentially from the error message.
