SRM + DFM and "We were able to connect to the provider, but no compatible arrays were found. For more information see"

Question

Pretty much what the title says. I'm trying to setup the evaluation SRM to see what it can do with our netapps. DFM can see all the nodes in cluster, all SVMs etc. However when connecting with SRM I only get following error "We were able to connect to the provider, but no compatible arrays were found. For more information see"

Any idea what should be done in order to get something visible from DFM?

I haven't opened a case regarding this yet and yes we will be upgrading SRM just need to get it on the schedule.  Here is the version info that I access upon logging into the management web console and looking under help-->about.

Can you provide DFM / NetApp Info? I've seen one other case on SRM 6.3. But somehow it mysteriously resolved itself by the time we hopped on a call with the customer. Is there interest in bumping up to the latest version on SRM? If you call support - please PM me the support case for me to stay involved.
