In what timezone are the Timestamps in the Solarwinds SAM Database stored in?

Most of the ones I have ran across are in UTC so if you are working with the DB use the TOLOCAL command to convert them to your local time. 

Actually we went through the database, but then saw that the timestamps are ahead of that in UTC.

Couldn't come to a conclusion of the time zone. 

As I understand it it's: UTC, given that your servers are on UTC. If your servers arent on UTC it can get a bit weird.

The server where SAM is installed is in EST Time zone and not UTC

How about the DB?
It'd be worth putting them on the same timezone, and ideally UTC

Make sure that all your polling engines and the database have the same timezone, otherwise it might get messy. 

Most datetimes are in utc in the database, but not all.....
