Service Monitoring and Restart of Server

Hello

I have a question about service monitoring and trigger conditions.

I was able to configure a SAM Application Monitoring Template which points to the status of 'print spooler' successfully. I was also able to assign this to a node and confirm the monitor template works as configured.

I am now wanting to take this monitoring template and configure a trigger condition that looks at this template and if true it will send an action of "send email'. Eventually ill want to also add the action reboot server once i confirm its operational.

I think i have this about 70% done but I'm struggling with the trigger condition here. Is there an easier way to do this from inside the application monitor template or do i need to use an alert and custom trigger and action?

Ok, so after a few pints of brew, i was able to figure this out... thank you

i think where I got lost was where to identify the application and/or component id and then using that in my trigger conditions. once i had that, i just needed to figure out the result and use that to make the condition equal true.

Thanks. I did try to copy one but still didnt work. There has to be some fundamentals im missing. 
The component id has me all discombobulated, i have no idea how that goes back to maps to the application monitoring template. Or if im even on the right path here. Its very hard to understand the structure of SAM. Im Submitting a ticket to solar but last time i asked for help with a alert from them, they rejected it so i betting it will be the same. I dont know where to go to learn more about this software. i'm just overall struggling with what i feel should be simple things and very disappointed.

Use the SAM monitor to get the status of the print spooler and then use an alert to perform any actions.
