May I know what's the best practice and steps that can be followed when using/enabling the Office 365 and Azure Application monitor templates?
I have created Global Reader as ReadOnly account for Azure & Office 365 environment, now I wonder what's the steps to implement it properly.
The problem I have is like below when I always get bombarded with 26+ or 13 pairs of emails like these every few hours:
Sent: Thursday, 16 July 2020 4:25 PM
Subject: "Users without License" of Application "Microsoft Office 365 License Statistics" on outlook.office365.com is Down
Importance: High
Component Users without License of Application "Microsoft Office 365 License Statistics" on outlook.office365.com is
currently in a state of "Down".
Sent: Thursday, 16 July 2020 4:40 PM
Subject: "Users without License" of Application "Microsoft Office 365 License Statistics" on outlook.office365.com is Up
Importance: High
Component Users without License of Application "Microsoft Office 365 License Statistics" on outlook.office365.com is
currently in a state of "Up".
As you can see the smal sample pairs of the above alerting, it is quite useless without any meaningful details, and yet it is trigerring multiple times daily confusing us all.
