Additional Poller install stuck on "Running hardware check, please wait..."

Question

Trying to install an additional poller and it gets to "Install Report". It does not move further past "Running hardware check, please wait...". Any suggestions? I've checked this thread out, but it didn't fix the issue.

solarwinds installer 12.2 running on additional poller is hangin on 'Running hardware check, please wait'

I'm on Server 2016 for both the App and DB. SAM 6.8. I downloaded the additional poller from the link under "Settings" --> "Polling Engines" --> "Download installer now".

Figured out the problem. This is another one of those installs that seems to require a local account to using during install, not a domain account. Thank you for your response. Is this part of the requirements document for installing an Additional Poller (or maybe I didn't read the manual properly)?
