Component Details stuck in 'Loading'. Any advice?

We have several monitors that won't let us look at the Component Details because it just sits on Loading. Has anyone had this issue and are there possible solutions around this?

We're currently on SAM 6.3.0

Try restarting the Information Service v3, and possibly the Orion Module Engine service.

Failing that, schedule a downtime and run the configuration wizard. May use that time to upgrade a few versions forward as well

I'll give that a try. I'm getting ready to upgrade to SAM 6.5 next week, so we'll see if that helps as well.

We have SAM 6.5 and Platform 2017.3.3 SP3, and it's still a thing...

This does not work for me. I have had this issue going back several versions, to be honest, I don't even know what the resource is supposed to look like.
