How to disable the Windows Scheduled Tasks as part of the discovery

So, I found the new feature in 6.1 where the windows Scheduled Tasks shows up. I have little to no interest in this feature, so I removed all the hosts

However, we just built a bunch of new VMs and the regular Network Discovery found them, and by default, had added the "Windows Scheduled Tasks" to the list of discovered items.

I looked through the settings in the discovery template, and I cannot see where to disable them. I looked through the properties on the Application Monitor and it's respective Template, and I cannot see how this is all linked up.

How/where do I remove this?

Windows Scheduled Tasks are listed under the "Applications" step of the Network Sonar Discovery. Deselecting this option will prevent Windows Scheduled Tasks from being monitored.

I can see that tab during the import phase, like you have in your screenshot, but is there a way to avoid it being scanned in the first place?

You cannot eliminate particular scan types from being performed during the Network Sonar Discovery. There are however some fairly significant discovery improvements included in the SAM 6.3 release (currently in beta), which should address your concerns.

Hmmn, interesting. So then, I guess I'm stuck with adding them to the ignore list? otherwise, it looks like each subsequent automated scan would keep prompting me to import them.
