Additional Poller for SAM

Hi,

I've just upgraded to SAM from APM, and have found that my additional poller isn't working as it should be. Is there an additional poller available, as I can't see it in the Customer Portal?

The SAM Additional Poller Components are included in the Additional Poller download available in your customer portal. it's one large zip archive and inside is the SAM Additional Components you're looking for.

The latest version of Additional Poller that I have available in Customer Portal is

Orion Additional Polling Engine v2011.2

And that has a poller for APM4.2, and says it's not compatible with the version running on the main server.

Could it be that my Ccustomer Portal hasn't been updated?

Looks like they've updated the poller package in Customer Portal overnight - it's now got the SAM poller in it!!
