DNS reporting "response formatted incorrectly."

I'm getting the "response formatted incorrectly. invalid dns response length" from the TCP DNS monitor on one of our servers. We had gotten that once before and installing sp1 fixed it. Now, we're getting it again. I had sp3 installed and I was trying to get sp4 working, but had some problems. It gave me an error half way through and stopped. I tried it again, and it went through, but I'm not sure it tried to install everything.

- How can I tell if it's completely installed?

- How can I fix the above error?

If you ran the SP4 installer the second time and it didn't give any errors then you should be fine.

There is a known bug with the TCP DNS monitor where is the DNS packet is larger than 512 bytes we will fail to parse it correctly. This may be what you are seeing.

Not unless you can configure you DNS server to send smaller TCP DNS packets. Note: The UDP DNS Monitor does not have this same bug.

I was just wondering if this is ever going to be fixed. I'm running NPM 9.1 SP2...still an issue.
