How long does it take after submiting a request to create a new Connector to actual delivery?
There is absolutely no timeframe. Just give it a try and see for yourself.
Some get programmed within weeks, some are still sitting there for years.
Absolutly correct, I have here one case which is still open since 14 months...
Otherone was done in 3 weeks.
it is case by case, it also depends on how fast a customer resonses, of course
I'd say one of the key aspects would be to stay engaged and try try again if nothing else fails!
This is so frustrating. Was told today that there is a backlog and they cannot give an ETA. Been waiting 2 years for a few. Bad thing is that once it gets thrown over the fence to Dev, there are no updates. Last time I tried, the support rep closed the ticket after he opened the Dev ticket.
