DNS server does not exists while configuring HA

I am getting DNS server does not exists error while configuring HA with Microsoft DNS type. I have checked the ports & credentials permissions are correct. can anyone help to resolve it?

Check that the DNS services are running, and that it can respond to lookups. If it does, and you can get a lookup response from both pool members, then check the server logs for any clues, both Windows and SolarWinds logs in %programdata%
