yes a support rep reached out to me on 4/21.said they were reviewing the ticket, will get back to me when they know more.4/22 and still waiting.
its now 4/23 - still no meaningful answer from pingdom.so that's now another week waiting for an answer from pingdom.will someone at pingdom ever be able to help???????
