How can I customize preconfigured Packages?

We mainly bought Patchmanager to deploy 3rd party updates delivered by solarwinds to our clients.

Until now we use GPO for deployment. Some of the packages in use are customized:

- Java RE is deployed using an MST created by Orca

- Adobe Reader is deployed using an MST and MSI preconfigured using the Adobe Customization Wizzard

How i have to modify now?

You can duplicate the package and then make any changes you need to. This will prevent your package from getting overwritten if an update to that package is released.
