0x643 returned when attempting to provision WMI providers
Research:
0x643 is a general failure code. Check the Application Event Log for Event 11606. If this exists it likely means that the user profile is mapping to a network drive that cannot be authenticated to.
Workaround:
Add a computer rule to the credential ring using a local admin account instead of a domain Admin account.
