I suspect this may be related to a known issue regarding the fact that the Notepad++ binaries are not signed.

Please see this Thwack thread for a discussion on how to address the question of unsigned binaries with Configuration Manager.

This looks like a Configuration Manager dialog to me.

it is indeed sir. Sorry Should have explained it (to many things going on at once) anyways this is what I am prompted with when trying to deploy certain Patch Manager updates via sccm.
