ServiceNow - Service Graph Connector for Solarwinds

Question

Has anyone had any luck with setting up the Service Graph Connector for SolarWinds?

I'm working with a third party who is having issues, and between their DEV instance + SolarWinds account/server and my PDI + temporary SolarWinds account I have had no luck. They would like to pull in assets from SolarWinds but I'm not sure if the OOB flow action is not configured correctly, or what. I'm getting a 200 status code with a response body of HTML - (the solarwinds login page). I've ran into this on my PDI and a development instance. The guided setup and servicenow documentation leaves much to be desired, and the only documentation from SolarWinds I can find is regarding the "Alert integration."

This integration is developed and owned by the ServiceNow team.  The SolarWinds team built and maintains the alerting integration however.

SNow has docs here - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-management/concept/cmdb-integration-solarwinds.html and if it still is having issues, I would ping ServiceNow Support.
