Where to find info about Availability, jitter, packet loss, latency on NPM

hi,

im relatively new to Solarwinds, i have several nodes with IP CCTV, Windows servers, routers. my office have the SolarWinds NPM only, where can i find info bout Availability, jitter, packet loss, latency?? i tried to find it on NPM Summary but i can't find it.

While it isn't going to be supported everywhere on every device, you can start by trying the SNMP OID for Cisco ICMP jitter:

ciscoRttMonIcmpMIB
https://oidref.com/1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.486

To set this up, you'll need to create a universal device poller (UnDP).

I want to point out that what you are asking for is built into the SolarWinds VNQM module, which provides IPSLA operations including (but not limited to) latency, jitter, and packet loss. But I also recognize that you are specifically looking at how to accomplish this within NPM alone.

You can see most of this information in the node details of the device except jitter you will be able to get better information using SNMP polling instead of ICMP.

Yes i'am aware about the VNQM module after searching the net to achieve such result, but unfortunately the SW provided for me is only the orion with NPM module, so i just have to maximize the use of it. Or is it a workaround for that?
