Unable to connect to SWQL studio, getting Information service error

We are trying to integrate ServiceNow CMDB with Solarwinds. We need a API query to accomplish that.

While trying to connect SWQL, to create a query, we are ending up with information service error as below.

Note: I have tried using admin credentials to server.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes I am using Orion (v3) AD authentication only. But still I am getting the error, after providing the credentials.
