Where is transmitted utilization set?

Question

We get a lot of events that say something similar to the following:

Connections for node switch.comain.com has a transmitted utilization of 60% which is greater than the threshold of 2%.

Under Admin / NPM Settings, nothing in here is set at 2%. The warning and high thresholds are set at 80% and 90%. Can anyone point me in the direction of where this setting is changed?

Have a look in your Alert Manager > High Transmit Percentage Utilization. Looks like my fresh install had 1% and 2% as the default setting. Seems a little low to me ???
