Automatic Addition of Custom MIB Pollers

Question

I have a situation where I have Custom MIB Pollers assigned to all of my Cisco Hardware. I find that over time, as I add new Cisco Hardware, that the Custom MIBs then have to be manually assigned to the devices. Is there a way to automatically assign Custom MIB pollers by rule? It sure would be useful!

In the new web-based node management (due in 9.0), when you add a node from the web, there will be a named step to assign a custom poller during that process, so it should be easy to remember.  You won't have to go to a separate GUI unless you do it from System Manager.

Thanks. The scenario described is a little different then what I'm thinking. I don't have a problem with selecting all Cisco Devices when I happen to think about going in there. However, as it stands, I have to remember to go in every time I add a device. I'm thinking if there could even be a scheduled job that runs nightly to assign to all nodes meeting a criteria, that would be great.
