I have a requirement to monitor Network elements from Solarwinds and integrate with BMC BSM.
Has anyone done the integration with BMC BSM. If so please guide me on the integration steps.

Wow I am glad I searched. I hope I am actually looking for the same thing. Long time listener, 1st time caller. I have been a big fan for a long time but the past dozen years had me working smaller places. I finally migrated back to a really big company as an operator in their NOC. As someone who has used Nagios (not by choice) pretty extensively, they would really like me to get more out of the SolarWinds products they have. I have read and extensively BS'ed with friends who use SW at work and am thrilled to be stepping up to the plate. I joined Thwack, been participating but haven't found much on Control M (BMC) I will dig into our current set up some more BUT are there any gurus in the community who also use Control M? We have so many dashboards and things open to watch if SolarWinds could send certain critical events tot he control M alert board in line with defined Job #s that would be bliss. But let's start off one step at a time. Any gurus here use Control M where they work? Do you have it talking to SolarWinds and/or displaying alerts from either to either? Below is my SW real estate. Ooh! I said SW like the cool kids! I guess I have been reading here a good bit ;-) So, are you asking about the same thing? I spent too long in the bush leagues. I'm not intimidated by being back in the big leagues, just need to get comfy with the tools. Looking at BMS there sure seems to be some common ground. Let me know if you found anything worth sharing and I will do likewise.
