Please Help - Setup NEW Database Issue

Ive installed the Free SQL Express 2005 from Microsoft on Windows Vista Business.
Ive installed Orion 7.8.5 on same Laptop.
On the initial configuration page i can log onto the SQL Server using computername\sqlexpress.
This logs in fine. On the next step where you create the database it asks for a location, ive tried the default and a new location but i just get the following error.
Jeez how the hell do i post the screenshot on this forum.
Please help someone.

a few things
Orion v8.0.2 and earlier are not supported on Desktop operating systems, least of all Vista. Windows Server 2000 or Server 2003 are part of the system requirements as seen here..

Second, you can't upload images/screenshots on this forum you can only reference images hosted on your own web server. In your posting use the image tags "img and /img" from the insert image button in the format toolbar of the message editor.
