Importing custom properties

Question

Has anyone else ever had Orion NOT recognize an Excel file when they try to import it?? I've tried everything, even downloaded the example spreadsheet, & nothing has worked. I've got a ticket open & even the support guy isn't sure what's going on. So I thought I'd check on here and see if anyone else has ran into this issue.

I've often run into quirky things when importing those properties sheets, I always export them to ms dos csv format because i find that always works, where things get weird with various excel formats

Is it possible to attach your spreadsheet? and what version of NPM are you using?
