I have modified nothing except pressed "clear" carelessly yesterday evening (circle in red in the attachment).
Since then, I haven't recieve any advanced alert for the customize poller (icmpInMsgs).
I would like to know if anyone had experience on this issue or know how to solve it?
I tried to delete the customize poller (icmpInMsgs), and redo the process of adding an new universal device poller. The statistics reset and start new collection of it, but I still haven't get any advanced alert even it reaches the value I set, as shown on the remaining part in the attachment.
But I can have basic alert about the packet per second for some interfaces of the Cisco switch.
Do anyone know what the reason I cannot have alert for the customize poller (icmpInMsgs)? And what is the function and what does it mean for the "clear" action?
