I'm trying to monitor the cpu on different identical window xp machines, it was successful for several machines but failed for others.
it only shows the network interfaces....please check the attached screenshots
Compare your SNMP settings for both ABE0009 and ABE0002, I think that you may find that the latter either does not have SNMP services set up or the community string is incorrect.
Let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
Dom
They are identical, i checked the SNMP settings, all are correct and that is why i can get the network card information
Thanks

I've had similiar issues. What seems to work "sometimes" is to completely UNINSTALL snmp then install again. The reason I have "uninstall" highlighted is because the admin who was doing this for me was just reinstalling on top and my problem would continue. It was not until another admin did the uninstall first that my SNMP problem was fixed.
I believe that if the SNMP setting were not correct he would not get the NIC info. Did you try restarting the SNMP service on the XP workstation?
