Node Details page error for one node only

When I click on a node on the orion website (one particular node) to go to the node details page, I get the following error after a long response time:

Orion Website Error

An error has occurred with the Orion website.

Additional Information

System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out.

It only happens on the one particular node. It shows that the node is up, but it won't go to the details page. Every once in a blue moon, it will actually work, but most times not. Every other node works fine. If I go into System Manager, I can view the resources for the node & the polling information just fine. I just can't get to the node details page to see any details.

Any ideas?

I would open a ticket with support and include diagnostics

Does the node have a lot of interfaces and volumes?

It's a router with 4 interfaces. I'll contact support after I return from a trip in a few weeks. I was hoping someone had went thru this before & it's a quick fix...lol.

One other thing I didn't mention......if I delete the node from system manager & re-add it, the node details webpage works fine for awhile again. But over time, it will eventually cause the webpage to time out when trying to view the node details page.
