Each time I login to the community, I have to reset my password. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have a similar issue I am not receiving emails when I use the reset password tool. The tool doesn't confirm that the email address you entered was the one I had on file so I tried to re-register using the same email address to confirm it was already in use and it was. Finally, I figured that I had to create a new account under another email address to even open a ticket on this issue.
