We setup out Meru 4100 controller in NPM and are displaying the Top 10 Wireless devices by traffic on the summary page. The clients listed will start with traffic showing, then all change to 0 after a couple of minutes. What could cause this?
I would open a support ticket. It could be a polling issue (although this would generally effect more) or perhaps something wrong with the device reporting its values but to be sure it definitely merits more investigation.
