Error at configuration wizzard.

When I run the configuration wizzard. I get the following error message when I try to create a new database.:
Error reported during database creation
Extra SQL Error Information
[SQL-DMO][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]CREATE DATABASE failed. Primary file must be at least 3
MB to accomodate a copy of the model database.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The database 'NetPerfMonKN' does not exist. Use sp_helpdb to
show available darabases.
