The Administrator's Guide is well written and covers the basics of getting the system up and running.
If you have specific questions or are looking for explicit how-to's this forum is a great resource.

Orion documentation is excellent & the interface is quite intuitive (lots of right clicking to bring up more options).
For training I suggest the on-line tutorials -
