Another Advanced Alert Based on Name/Custom Property

Question

I am trying to build a couple of Advanced Alerts to monitor some microwave radios at customer sites that have notorious power problems - manned sites that have primary generator power.  They usually get the generators back online within a few minutes of failure, so I want to be Alerted only when the conditions are met for a long time (for example, more than 5 minutes) - for some reason they don't believe in UPS power.  Drives me nuts.

Anyway, I have added a Custom Property to the Nodes in question, and built a trigger condition based on the custom property (CustomerName) and the Node Status.  But it is not triggering.  I read through a bunch of threads and the screenshot below is what I came up with, but it's not working.  Any ideas?

Solved ths one as well - it seems once again that restarting the Alerting Service fixed things.  Soooo... it has been my experience that whenever I add a new Advanced Alert I need to restart the Alerting Service before it will actually work.
