I need some assistance regarding Solarwinds NPM and Autotask ticketing integration. What I am trying to do is simply: when nodes go down in NPM > NPM sends data to autotask > autotask generates ticket on down node with details > when node comes back up solarwinds sends data to autotask > autotask inputs details and closes ticket. Please help!!
I am seeing a lot of information on Autotask and solarwinds N-central integration but wanted to know if NPM can integrate with Autotask. I believe Service Now is able to integrate with NPM so I am hoping I can get some help with Autotask and NPM integration.
