Current Top 10 Lists

Hi,

There is no information showing up on this list. I was told that these stats were here on initial set up. Can you please let point me in the right direction to get this fixed? I have browsed these forums, searched help, and I only find more advanced questions. Thanks

Yes I can see stats and charts when I log in to system manager on the server and click on Charts I can open the Top ten charts and see that they are updating.

I only see what I posted before when clicking on Top 10 from web console. (Disregard the part that says "Top 5" I changed it back to say top 10)

You might check to see if perhaps a filter has been setup on the resources. To do that, click the edit link at the top of the resource.

There are a couple of places where filters will restrict your views.

1. User account has a filter.

2. The specific view has ability to filter (you can tell what view you are in by the URL).

There are no filters set up. I tried restarting iis on the server.

Current Top 10 is allowed in user accounts. Specific view does not have a filter as far as I can tell.

If its a custom view where you are using the top 10 there is a limitation button... but it sounds like that is not what you are using.
