How to download NPM ver 10?

I currently have NPM 9.1.5 installed and I need to upgrade to ver 10 before I can upgrade to 10.1. I cannot find a link to get ver 10 anywhere. In my customer portal all that is available is ver 10.1. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The Upgrade Instructions in your Customer Portal provide links to all required releases. You can download the Upgrade Instructions as follows:

Log in to your Customer Portal.
Click License Management on the left.
Click Upgrade Instructions under your Orion NPM license listing.
Extract the document set to an appropriate location on your local computer.
Open the Start_Here pdf and follow the instructions.

There are links to other versions in these pdfs, but not for ver 10. I had to contact support and they emailed me a link.
