Took over a system with very little turnover and I was tasked with upgrading the current NPM and toolset.
This server has no internet access so I had to perform manual key registration for both the toolset and NPM.
Now my problem was using the new .dat license file for the toolset. I keep getting a activation failed error when I point the wizard to this file. On the NPM I keep receiving a invalid license key error when using the key that was provided off the customer portal.
So neither of my keys that I manually registered are working.
Call the helpdesk and all they could offer me was a license reset that does not help me.
Little short on info, but anybody have any experience with their offline keys not working thanks.
