Orion Error Message

Has anyone seen this error message?
NetPerMon
Cannot connect to SOLARWINDS
Automation error
The RPC server is too busy to complete this operation.
Any ideas why I'm getting this message? If I reboot my server the issue goes away until the next time I close the console manager and try to open it again. This problem started after I installed Orion ver 7.7.
