Does that account exists within Orion, if not just add it...
yes all the accounts I have tried do exist in Orion.
Are your jobs set up like this?
2 Main things to check :
1. Are you sending the Orion Web Login ID and password and the box is checked
2. Scheduled jobs : when you click the url link are you able to open the desired report.
If not : Ensure you browse to the report from the same Report scheduler server and copy the link. what is configured in your report .
