Report scheduler not working

Question

I cannot get the report scheduler to work at all.  Here is the error I am finding in the log file.6/11/2008 11:53:57 AM Error processing Job "Availability"
  Error downloading web page from mslcorion03/.../Report.asp
  Access is denied.I am an admin on the server.  I used the run as feature with a domain admin account and a local admin account I had our e-mail admins look at the SMTP server and they do not see any traffic from the report scheduler.  I do however get SMTP alerts from this server just fine, just not the report scheduler.  In the Add/Edit web page details I have tried entering in the Orion web login information and I have tried the NT Account login information both with a Domain admin and a local Admin.  Any help would be appreciated

2 Main things to check :

1.  Are you sending the Orion Web Login ID and password and the box is checked

2. Scheduled jobs :  when you click the url link are you able to open the desired report.

If not :  Ensure you browse to the report from the same Report scheduler server and copy the link. what is configured in your report .

Yes.  I have tried using both settings at the same time and either one separately.
