Nodes Not Shown in System Manager(Upgrade to 8.5)

Question

I've recently Upgraded my previous Orion 7.8 SLX version to 8.5 and migrated my database to this new server. Everything works fine even the Web site and these stuf that we always had issues with them Except that I'm not able to see my nodes/interfaces in System manager tree even when I change my view nothing is shown. It's strange that I can see them on the Web panel and also in Custom Property editor but not in the system manager!!! I've tried this on another server and got the same issue. Please advice about what could the reasons be.

Are you using Customer Properties?

I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who does this. :-)

As for the problem, it looks like maybe your poller isn't assigned to your nodes.  Did you at one time or do you now have more than one poller machine?  You can look in the Database Manager to query the Engines table, check the EngineID and then query the Nodes table to see which EngineID is assigned to each node.

As you can see in the screen shot, my problem is not with the web panel but with the System manager on the server. Although I can see my nodes in the Custom properties (I am using a two level depth) and they appear on the web panel but not in the node list of the system manager!!!

Are you using Customer Properties? How far are you drilling down>

and maybe you could post a screenshot of what you are seeing.
