Universal Device Poller - Graph Customisation?

Hi

I have a couple of questions.

1) We have a universal device poller to query for the traffic usage in a particular class map. This class is polcied and I'd like to add a line to the graph to indicate the maximum. Does anyone know if this is possible?

2) Is it possible to combine the results of mutliple pollers into one graph? So we could have all the queue's for a devie on a single graph?

3) Although i can edit the graph via the Web GUI to add a subtitle this only works in device view. If i then click to customise the graph (e.e. to change the graph period) then the subtitle is lost.. Is there a way to stick the subtitle to the graph permanetly?

4) This is an alerting question... Is there a way of creating an alert if a counter in a custom poller changes value in respect to the previous value.

i.e. we have a counter for dropped packets. I'd like an alert whenever this value increments. To do this i'd need to compare it to the previous value. Although there is a "Has Changed" option in advanced alerts this doesnt seem to for the purpose i require.

1.  There is not a way to add your own line to the graph.

2. It is not possible to combine the results of multiple pollers into a single graph.  This is something that been requested a lot from a lot of people.  We have the request in our tracking system.

3. This sounds like a bug.  I'd open a support ticket on this one.  Please include the URL for this Thwack thread in your ticket.

4. If you set your poller up as a 'counter'.  It's under the 'Show Advanced Options' section.  You want to change the MIB value type from Raw Value to Counter.  This type of poller stores the difference between the last poll and the current.  You'd just want to set you alarm up for that Status being greater than zero.
