Testing Responsiveness of Certain Inhouse Websites

Question

Is there a way within NPM to test the reponsiveness of a webpage.  We are looking to monitor an Aruba captive portal page hosted on a controller at a different site of the company.  If a user complains that the page will not load from them we would like to be able to use NPM to load the page (via IP address) to test to see if it responds and displays correctly.  Can this be done?

We recently purchased the aforementioned product, WPM, thus far have been very happy with it.  To quote our sharepoint admins "you can do that?!?"
